He brings more than 20 years of experience in senior living in talent acquisition, business development, operations, sales, marketing, and reputation management. Known for building strong relationships, Morgan is committed to enhancing both the resident and associate experience. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a Bachelor of Arts in Family & Consumer Studies with concentrations in Gerontology and Long-Term Care Administration from Kent State University and remains actively engaged in industry organizations supporting the future of senior living.
