Terra is an enhanced assisted living program designed for older adults who benefit from a higher level of clinical support, including certain intermittent skilled nursing services, while continuing to enjoy the vibrant lifestyle and community of Carnegie Hill. Residents in Terra receive a fully coordinated care experience managed by a dedicated Care Manager and supported by a clinical team, so you and your loved ones can rest assured that health needs are met with diligence, dignity, and respect.

Terra includes personal care, medication management, and some skilled nursing services, and all Terra residents receive comprehensive assistance with activities of daily living.

Assisted senior care is highly coordinated by a Care Manager, and Terra residents benefit from higher staffing ratios, 24/7 on-site nurses, on-site physical and occupational therapy, on-site medical services, integrative health and wellness programs, and access to all of our life-enrichment experiences.

While Terra residents have access to all amenity spaces in the building, they benefit from a smaller, more intimate living setting with higher staffing ratios and dedicated care partners assigned to each floor. Each Terra floor is purposefully designed with 12 apartments and a beautifully appointed common living room, dining room, and open kitchen, promoting social engagement and a sense of community.
