Each detail has been thoughtfully planned to heighten the dining experience, crafting a menu that speaks to the palate—nourishing the mind, body, and soul. 1802 offers fine dining, Sunday brunch, and seasonal dishes, all with locally sourced ingredients. In addition to curating fresh, local ingredients to craft their dishes, our chefs ensure that residents are eating the right nutritional foods—and enjoying them, too.

Residents are greeted by Roman Travertine flooring, hand-crafted furniture, and Italian Seguso chandeliers. And with double-height ceilings, our lobby boasts an open concept accented by white oak detail and a green onyx wall feature. Not only does this space draw energy from the surrounding neighborhoods, it’s energized by nature—making ample use of organic materials, green spaces, and sunlight.

Featuring a hand crafted copper bar and red onyx accent wall, the bar and lounge features oversized transom windows overlooking tree-lined Second Avenue. Serving handcrafted signature cocktails and world-class wines and spirits, the lounge is perfect for relaxing on your own or catching up with friends and family. The bar and lounge is that extra touch of luxury that delivers an exceptional level of service and care to our residents.

The SkyPark is a sanctuary in the sky. Soaring 150 feet above street level, it is adorned with ferns, lilacs, and palms. Lush plantings frame the ideal environment for residents to connect with nature while hovering above the comings and goings of the city.
