With more than 15 years of experience in human resources leadership, Jill is recognized for aligning business goals with workforce strategies, fostering organizational culture, and supporting teams across the organization. Jill holds a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Behavior/Industrial Psychology from the University of Michigan and a Master of Science in Human Resources and Labor Relations from Michigan State University.
