As Senior Vice President of Operations, Eileen Duggan oversees the operational strategy and execution for all Inspīr and Maplewood Senior Living properties. With over 20 years of leadership experience in senior living and healthcare, Eileen has been instrumental in driving excellence across communities, ensuring the highest standards of care, hospitality, and resident satisfaction. Since joining Maplewood Senior Living over a decade ago, Eileen has held several key leadership roles, including Regional Director of Operations and Strategic Partnerships, Corporate Director of Community Partnerships, and Senior Executive Director. Her deep operational expertise and commitment to fostering vibrant, connected communities align with Inspīr’s vision of redefining modern senior living. Eileen holds a Master’s in Social Work from Fordham University and a Bachelor’s in Psychology from Iona College. Passionate about creating innovative and supportive environments, she remains dedicated to enhancing the well-being of residents and the teams who serve them.
