As Chief Clinical Operations Officer, Tino Popescu oversees clinical operations, compliance, and quality across all Inspīr Senior Living communities, ensuring exceptional care for every resident. With more than 10 years of experience as a registered nurse leader, Tino has supported patients across hospitals, home care, hospice, and senior living settings and is recognized for advancing clinical excellence and operational quality. Prior to his current role, he served as Regional Director of Nursing and Director of Nursing at Inspīr, where he helped strengthen clinical operations across multiple states. Tino is committed to fostering a culture of compassion, integrity, and excellence for residents, families, and associates.
